1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing time is 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Options and Costs
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.
3. International Shipping
We ship internationally to several countries. Delivery times and costs vary by location. International shipments may incur additional charges (such as duties and customs fees) that are the customer's responsibility.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the status of your order in real time.
5. Failed Deliveries
In the event that an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or a lack of response at the delivery point, we are not responsible for any additional reshipping costs. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We strive to ensure that all orders arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged package or your order does not arrive in the expected time:
Damage: Please contact us immediately with photos of the package and contents.
Lost Orders: If your package is lost in transit, we will begin an investigation with the shipping company to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
7. Changes and Cancellations
Changes and cancellations are only possible within the first 24 hours after placing the order.
After this time, the order will be processed and shipped, and we will not be able to make any changes.
